Creating a support ticket from the Customer Helpdesk is the most effective way to get support. Customers can also use the Client Center to track their billing and pay invoices.

Both customers and non can access our Frequently Asked Questions. We’ll keep updating these regularly and it is advised to check through these before contacting us.

Forum Support – http://host.canadiancreative.ca/forum/
Customers have access to customer-only support forums where they can get informal help from both other customers and staff. Non-Customers are welcome to join the forums which are not hosting specific.

IRC Chat Support – Webchat
Our IRC chat channel is another informal method of support. Our channel is located on irc.canadiancreative.ca named #killagraphix. Similarly to Forum Support, our chat can be used by both Customers and Non-Customers with at least one member of staff normally active.
